Mocha Protein Iced Latte
Macros: C2 F1 P12
Ingredients:
- 8oz Coffee (room temp or cold)
- 3oz Vanillia Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 17g (1/2 Scoop) Chocolate Protein (I use Gold Standard Whey)
- 1 packet Steiva (no calorie sweetener)
- 1/2 tsp vanillia (about 5g)
- Dash Cinnamon
- 3 Ice Cubes (about 50g)
Directions:
1) Put all ingredients in a blender and then pour over ice.
2) If you want a "frappe" then blend with more ice cubes
